Who we are
Relational intelligence, quietly delivered from an unlikely source.
In November 2025, a husband and wife, both Clinical Social Workers, pondered one question they couldn't let go of: could AI be safe, ethical, non-interpretive, and genuinely helpful to others? Despite having no programming background, they began building anyway.
Rheos Labs LLC is an independent research and development company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We build quiet, non-clinical digital environments designed to support reflection, connection, and orientation, without clinical claims, diagnostic framing, or outcomes promised. Human dignity, consent, sovereignty, and meaning are the foundation of everything we build. Our work sits at the intersection of relational psychology, behavioral science, and thoughtful technology design.
We believe the most meaningful tools are the ones that hold space rather than fill it with external agenda.
What we stand for
Non-clinical by design
No assessments, no diagnoses, no outcomes claimed. Our tools create room, and nothing more. Our products are not therapy and they do not pretend to be.
Quiet by intention
No urgency, no push notifications, no engagement maximization. We build for pace, not retention. The experience should feel like space, not pressure.
Independent research
We are an independent company. Our decisions are guided by the integrity of the work, not by investor timelines or growth metrics.
