Who we are

This website, rheoslabs.com, is run by Rheos Labs LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #11238, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us about anything on this page at contact@rheoslabs.com.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts and no contact forms. The only form is the beta sign-up page. If you fill it in, the first name and email address you give us are sent to our own server. We use them to reply to you about the beta and, only if you tick the box asking us to, to tell you when The Space by Rheos Labs opens for subscription. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to contact@rheoslabs.com. Nothing else on this website asks for or collects your personal details.

Visitor counts

We use the analytics built into Framer, the service that hosts this site, to count how many people visit and which pages they view. According to Framer, these analytics do not use cookies and do not create a lasting identifier for you. Daily visitors are counted by combining your IP address and browser information with a secret key that changes and is deleted every day, so a visit cannot be tied back to you over time. Framer also estimates general information such as your country, device type and the website that referred you.

Fonts

The fonts on this site are part of the site itself. Loading a page does not send a request to Google Fonts or to any other font service.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not include advertising or social-media tracking of any kind.

The Space app

If you use The Space, the app has its own, more detailed Privacy Policy, which covers your account, your conversations, and how your information is stored, kept and deleted. You can read it without an account: the Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use. They are also inside the app under Settings, then Privacy & Terms. The Space is for adults 18 and older.

Changes

If we change what this website collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
